Side Job Productions, LLC is a production house for short film and web series creation. What started as a joint venture between myself, Jaime Fernandez and Jonathan Aldebot, transformed into a production powerhouse consistently cranking out quality content. SJ Productions has already co-created a fourteen episode sci/fi- thriller web series (www.GetLinkedTV.com), a comedy web series (www.TheWorkJerks.com) and several short films. The Work Jerks is a 7 episode comedy web series written and directed by Jaime Fernandez, executive produced by me and starring a very talented cast. Who are the Work Jerks? The Work Jerks are a group of co-workers that cannot co-exist with each other. The Work Jerks hate to work with you but love to hate you. The Work Jerks make each other's life a living hell...but only during the hours of 9 to 5. You might not want to work with them, but you won't want to miss what they do next.

Room 28, the comical child of Jerry Diaz, Jaime Fernandez and Michael Diaz is an online video and live performance sketch group based in New York City. Introduced to the crew by Michael in September of 2007, I at first had no idea what my part in the group would be; sometimes an actress, sometimes a publicist, and sometimes just the person to bring everything together. When the initial craziness settled, I was given the title of manager and given the tast to keep all aspects of their work in check. I continued as manager until the summer of 2008. You can still see me running around with the guys from time to time and will probably recognize their faces in my own productions. All things Room 28 can be found at www.Room28Comedy.com

LINKED is a 14 episode web series I created, wrote, directed, and starred in. It began as just a means to an end. Episode one is actually the original short film developed by both myself and my friend Pablo Diaz, Jr. back in April of 2008. When people saw the trailer for the short they were under the impression it was a new web series. At that point we said, why not? I began writing and over the course of the next seven months was able to produce and direct this sci-fi thriller sprinkled with comedy. The whole ordeal was quite an experience: crazy weather, casting and crew changes, VERY long days, sleepovers and pranks -- great memories. An incredible amount of thanks goes out to everyone who was involved. Now we just have to figure out - will there be a season 2? Hmm...

Lauren, The Writer. I believe I was born with a pen in my hand, or at least it feels that way. I've been writing for as long as I can remember. Although my art takes many forms, I was recruited as a magazine writer in January of 2006. Since then I have written for various publications (Rap-Up, Bombin' and Latino University) as well as for online entities (Huffingtonpost.com and Rap-Up.com.) Lauren, The Model (sort of.) Once I made my way past my pudgy stage of life, I was told I was photogenic (which mainly means I have nice skin ha!) Whether people were just trying to be nice or had some alternate motive (what could that be?) I decided to give editorial modeling a try. What IS editorial modeling? Basically you're hired to take various photos, sign away the rights and allow the photos to be sold on stock photo websites. I never took it seriously, but did it more so because I established an awesome work-friendship with my photographer Nathan Blaney. What began in 2003 turned into several photo shoots and several times where I ended up in magazine articles, Photoshop tutorials and on pantyhose packages. It was all very random, but always fun.
